Learning from the BEST Environment

High Point University has extraordinary marketing tactics, and they serve as prime learning examples for students.

As I finish up my graduate degree, I am finishing the 5th year I have been with High Point University. Not only have I been able to learn about marketing, business, leadership, event management, and more in the traditional way in a classroom, but I have been able to learn from the university's own marketing strategies. From the inspirational books they send possible students to the giant HPU picture perfect statue outside the student union to President Qubein's interviewing outstanding individuals on PBS to the "swag" they send you off with at graduation, High Point University is beyond strategic with their marketing. I have learned the importance of thoughtful decision making, strategic planning, presentation, and much more at this Premier Life Skills University. Learning does not always have to come from a textbook. The marketing lessons I've learned HPU are endless.
